Jenny Arndt

Hi, I’m Jenny Arndt — Waseca native, wife, and proud mom of four spirited boys who keep life loud and interesting. By day, I work at Precision Chiropractic & Wellness. By passion, I’m a non-attorney special education advocate and Qualified Neutral, helping families navigate school systems and fight for equitable access and inclusion for people of all abilities. I’m involved with organizations such as the Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities, The Arc of Minnesota, and COPAA, where I work alongside others to advance meaningful change across our state. When I’m not advocating, you’ll probably find me outside with my family, at a wrestling match, on a football sideline, or cheering loudly from the stands.

Kristin Krause

Kristin has been happily married for 20 years and is a proud mom to two sons. She spent many years homeschooling her boys, pouring her time and heart into their growth and education. A coffee lover through and through, Kristin brings energy and care into everything she does. She’s no stranger to the chiropractic world and has continued to grow her skills, always striving to better serve those around her. Outside of work, Kristin is very active in her church and has a strong love for Jesus. She especially enjoys Christmas, shopping, good food, and making memories with her family.

Staci Bryant

Meet Staci Bryant, who joined Precision Chiropractic & Wellness in the summer of 2023. She saw this as a great opportunity to work and get to know the people in the community. She enjoys coming into the office and learning from her co-workers and the doctors all about the world of chiropractic. In her spare time, she enjoys animating, illustrating picture books, learning new languages, and traveling to her native land of Chicago.

Abigail Vendt

Meet Abigail Vendt, a Michigan native and loving Wife. Abigail joined the Precision Chiropractic & Wellness team in the spring of 2025 as a Chiropractic Assistant, focusing on Patient Care. Abigail and her husband, Jacob, moved to Waseca in 2023. They have come to love this small town and enjoy getting to know the community here. In her free time, Abigail loves serving in her Local Church, spending time with her family, crocheting, singing, reading, going for walks, and playing with her cat, Ruby.
