To begin, we need to raise awareness about the state of our community’s health, which is deteriorating rapidly in numerous ways. Improving our healthcare system must be a top priority, as the current system is not effective. Although traditional treatments are widely used and typically covered by insurance, they may not always be the safest or most effective options. Many people are unaware that there are alternative methods that can not only address their health issues but also resolve them in a less invasive and safer manner.

Surgery and medication should be considered as a last resort. The healing process occurs from within, rather than from external sources. Our bodies have a natural ability to be healthy and heal themselves, without the need for drugs or surgery. While conventional medicine has its place, most health problems can be treated with less invasive techniques.

It is easier to maintain good health than to restore it after it has been lost. Therefore, education and prevention are crucial to changing the direction of our health for future generations. As a healthcare provider, I aim to educate my patients on the fact that restoring one's health is a gradual process, not an overnight event. Our lifestyle choices, including diet, mental health, relationships, and medications, all play a role in our overall health. It can take years, if not decades, to achieve optimal health.

Our goal is to provide our community with the best education, products, services, and support to bring about significant change in their health and well-being. Happier people are healthier people, and a healthier community makes for a better world.

  • Front Office Specialist

    Are you the “Hostess with the most-est?” Are you driven to provide exceptional, patient centered care? Do you thrive and have the experience to create and deliver an exceptional patient experience? Do you LOVE the idea of creating, enhancing, and then running the patient facing processes and systems in our office?


    Our new Front Office Specialist will help us develop relationships with new and grow/deepen the connections with our existing practice members. This is all done through emotionally engaging customer experiences  and delivering beyond expectations. Our practice member base is made up of amazingly kind and grateful people in our community that take action in developing better health, naturally.


    Precision Chiropractic & Wellness, a very busy chiropractic wellness center in Waseca, is seeking a motivated achiever to join our “A-team” full time. Our facility is known for our friendly, outgoing, and professional team which begins with the front desk. You will have the opportunity to work with the most wonderful patients, kick-butt team members, and help make a difference with everyone you meet!

    Key responsibilities of this position:

    • Creating and maintaining exceptional practice member experiences/relationships
    • Creating appointment schedules for practice members and keeping them on track
    • Directing the office flow to keep on schedule and running efficiently – team and practice members
    • Preparing and maintaining accurate patient files, accounts/ledgers
    • Identify and collect on practice member account balances
    • Sales and marketing of the practice products and services 

    Hours are flexible.

  • Associate Doctor of Chiropractic

    Are you looking to be a part of a team that makes a difference? We are looking to add another inspired chiropractor to our wellness clinic in Waseca! We are rapidly growing. Great pay and benefits plus performance-based bonuses in a cash/insurance practice model. Training and mentoring available for both practice building and technique. The Waseca area is a beautiful location near the Twin Cites but far enough out to enjoy lots of fishing, hunting and hiking.     Requirements:


    • Minnesota D.C. license
    • 4.5 days a week, some extra hours will be necessary on occasion.
