Meet Jenny Arndt, a lifelong resident of Waseca, a loving wife, and a mother of four rambunctious boys. Apart from her job, Jenny is a passionate advocate for equitable inclusion and accessibility for people of all abilities across Minnesota. Recently, she graduated with a BS in Applied Leadership and a Minor in Business Law from Minnesota State University. Currently, Jenny is pursuing her dream of specializing in Special Education Law and Disability Justice by entering Law School. Her ambition is fueled by enlightenment, her morals guide her in justice, her values are founded on integrity, and her empathy drives her humanity. She is committed to optimizing her family time, leading by example, and helping others, which brings her immense joy. Jenny is a member of several organizations such as the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities Parent Advocate, Minnesota Olmsted Implementation Office Workgroup Parent Advocate, Arc of Minnesota Capitol Connectors District One Policy Committee, The Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates, and Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness.
